I was looking back over some blogs I've written in the past. I noticed that there are several that I would consider my best advice. I'll have to keep digging to see if there are more, but for now I've narrowed it down to five!

    I just re-read those blogs (missed out refund cos it doesn't apply to me) It made me realise I should have started an EF. I had meant to start it but put the money towards moving out instead.
