Interest Earned In November

Here's the interest we earned on our cash savings last month:

FNBO $60.16
NFCU $121.04
USAA $0.03
Total $181.23

This money is saved towards our Big Goal. I noticed it was down by $7 from last month, despite the same balances. More noticeable I guess when there is one less day in the month!

    It may not just be the number of days. I know my Ally account lowered the online savings rate slightly. I like that they inform me when the interest rate changes. That's in contrast to PNC, which makes changes frequently with no notice at all.

    Good point Jenn! Most of the funds earning interest are in a CD so that is a set rate, but I'm not sure if the rate on the other money market account dropped. I will have to investigate further!

    We don't track our interest month by month, but I do update it every so often. And we save it.
