Sold Shares & Ibotta

I sold more shares of my daughter's college fund the day interest rates went up and the market went up. I'm selling to cover the cash we used out of pocket to pay tuition and housing last semester. I still need to withdraw another $2K before the end of the year. Although if the market keeps tanking, I may just forget it!

It's officially holiday break! We have no particular plans. I'm hoping we can find some low/no cost things to do at home or in the area before Christmas. I guess my husband has a few more days of work before then too!

I did buy toilet paper and got $1 back from Ibotta for the purchase. Always nice to find some savings. I have nearly $16 accumulated with

Ibotta and will have to wait until I'm at $20 to get cash through Paypal. I would guess it will happen before the month is out, since there are a lot of rebate opportunities this time of year! That's my referral link. You get $5 and so do I after you claim your first rebate.

    Yeah, the markets not doing all that hot right now. (Though some stocks are. Smile )
