this offer on Hip2Save today and I was able to complete it. The $5 is a credit on your Paypal account that you can use when shopping. It does not appear to be $5 that you can withdraw for cash.

    I clicked on the link from Hip2Save and it just went to the Paypal website and I didn't see anything for the $5 credit? Did I do something wrong?
