I used this site,
Catalog Choice, last year and did notice a significant drop in the catalogs and unsolicited mail we receive. I still get some, but it is much much less!Just think what doesn't come into your home is less that you have to declutter or deal with in any way. The site is free and I don't get any kickbacks.
As another way to reduce mail, you might consider signing up to recieve your bills and statements online. Just create a folder to save them to and you easily find them when needed. That's how I handle it.
