Peeked at the Retirement Accounts

Someone mentioned the Dow was over 11,000 which made me curious enough to look at our retirement accounts. I was pleasantly surprised! They are all up...even the ones we don't contribute to. Yipee!!

Have you checked in on your investments lately? How are you doing?

    Well, you know me, and this isn't exactly a good thing or anything, but I look at it almost daily. Big Grin Yeah, they're up. All-time high. Don't know if this will hold or not. I guess it doesn't matter too much in the grand scheme of things, but it's still nice change of pace.

    Haven't looked. Not gonna look until the next time I calculate our net worth (or move funds to a different fund which is something we're considering). I think DH looks at his every day tho. Smile

    I was down 5% in 2008 (who wasn't?), up 12% in 2009, and up 6% 2010. Doesn't count the contributions, so yes I'm very up. Smile
