No Spend Days Are Coming

I'm thinking the next few days will be no spend days. The snow is about to hit us hard here. We have two inches on the ground as of this morning and up to 12 inches more to arrive tomorrow. Ugh!

In the meantime, we will stay warm inside, play games, address Christmas cards, wrap gifts, listen to music, bake a goodie, drink warm beverages and enjoy each others company.

I'm looking forward to it!

    Oh, it sounds like fun to me! I'd enjoy a day or two of that kind of stuff. Have a nice time with it and enjoy not spending money.

    My three middle ones (who usually argue and banter) played Dogopoly today for over an hour. There is snow on the ground here too (IL), AND we had cocoa and looked at cookbooks determining what cookies we will make before Christmas! Sounds like fun!

    We managed to eat the 2 cases of soup I had for a snow emergency, so will be hitting Aldi later. We had 4 inches when I left the house this morning and it was still coming down. I don't know what we have now, but will see when we get home. Glad I don't have to get back out the rest of the week except for a couple of Christmas parties.
