Spring Cleaning - Update 2

Turns out we didn't work on my younger daughter's bedroom yesterday. She wasn't motivated and I really was just plain tired.

We will start in again today. I really hope I can convince her to get rid of as much stuff as my older daughter. I'll let you know how that works out.

Actually, I did do a little work in her room. My memory is coming back!! I pulled down her curtains and washed them. I also set up the sewing machine to repair three of the tabs that the curtain hangs from. And, I even put it back up in her room. One less thing to do today.

I'll get the pictures up as soon as we are done! Anyone else doing spring cleaning or organizing tasks today?

    I detailed my kids bathroom while they are both gone... oh my I was disgusted and plan on going up there tonight to organize the cabinet that she "supposedly" cleaned the sheetrock dust out of when we moved in there almost a year ago... (shakes head) Kids! Next week, I am on vacation while they are at school, so one night I will pick a child's room and they will help me clean it the right way, not their way. And I will steam clean the upstairs the following day after cleaning their rooms.

    I have lots of spring cleaning to do, but can't get motivated to do it! Hopefully will get some energy soon!

    Does packing up my office for a weekend move count? We ARE throwing a lot of stuff out. It's just the move that's prompting this though. We're moving to smaller space.

    Dmontngrey, yes...I think it DOES count. Anytime you move things on is good in my book, regardless of what prompts it.

    I had wanted to print out expense reports and make a first draft at a budget for tonight's emergency nonprofit meeting but we keep getting work piled up where I get paid. Cleaning'll have to wait until Spring Break.
