I graduated with a Finance degree and worked for a major mutual fund company handling group retirement plans. Now I blog and run a household!

I'm the wife of a full time Army Reserve Captain and SAHM to daughters ages 12 and 9. I'm 37 and DH is 40.

We started our marriage 13 years ago with over $10K in credit card debt from a failed business venture. We paid it off as quick as we could with the goal of purchasing our first home. We did this within 15 months of getting married. Now it is time to watch us pay off our home equity loan!!

The interest rate on our money market has fallen for at least the 3rd, or maybe the fourth month in a row. We are down to 2.4% APY.

Is everyone else experiencing something similar?

I wish the rate on my mortgage or home equity loans would go down without me asking!! One can dream, right?

Yes ours is doing likewise. I think someone resembling myself muttered "Mess with me folks and I'll move mine into a CD!" just yesterday!!
