Here's my entry into the Holiday Decorating Contest. I'm sure hoping for first prize! Hey, what is the prize?
Here's the tree...I made the tree skirt when I was a newlywed. It's like a quilt and the cats like to lay under the tree until the presents arrive.
Here's the stocking hung with care. Oops, forgot that DD2 added her sock to the holder! That is for her hamster Melanie.
Top of the piano holds vintage ornaments from my grandparents. The two figurines were also handed down by them. They are collector's items...could be sold on ebay for several pennies if I ever so desired.
Finally, the outdoor decor. Not sure if one can tell how good it looks in the picture. Hey, who turned off the lights on the railing!! At least the snow is right...thank you mother nature!
