Almost 7 Days in a Row!!

We've had the a/c turned off almost 7 full days. We did turn it on one night when it was rainy and humid.

I can't wait to see the electric bill next month to see how much difference we can see.

The weather is going to heat up a bit more over the next five days...so by tomorrow afternoon the a/c may be back on.

About to spend a few hours in my basement, organizing the shelves! It will be even cooler down there. Maybe I'll have to find another project for next week and spend my afternoons in the basement. Then maybe the a/c could stay off!!

    Seven days with no AC? You are my hero, but ummm yeah, not to be too inquisitive but are you having to increase your deodorant usage or bathing frequency?

    I could stand to spend a LOT more time working in my basement too! It's always 'just right' down there.

    Lux...noooo! That is a little personal. Temps have been in the low 80's around here with very low humidity. The mild weather has something to do with all the flooding we had in the area this year. I'll take it.

    It has been really nice here too, but a little humid. Where are you located? I am the Midwest, St. Louis area. The flooding did help, but the mold is high! So I can't open the windows or the allergies go nuts!!

    We are near Des Moines. My daughter has allergies, but apparently the meds are helping plenty!! Zyrtec and Flonase seem to be her magic combination.
